SALES & LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR OPPORTUNITIES

Malcolm Properties offers commission-only opportunities for Sales and Lettings Negotiators who want earnings directly tied to completed transactions. You will assist clients with property searches, manage viewings, negotiate offers, and support transactions from start to completion. There is no fixed salary attached to this opportunity. Income is generated through high commissions on successful deals. This opportunity suits individuals with strong communication skills and an interest in property. Previous experience in sales or lettings is beneficial but not essential. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are advantageous. COMMERCIAL/RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCING CONSULTANCY OPPORTUNITY
We are currently looking to recruit a Conveyancing Solicitor Consultant Specialist to join our new Sales, Lettings and Property Management Department dealing with all commercial/residential conveyancing. The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor of England & Wales with at least 10 years plus post qualification experience and a licensed conveyancer with recognition with at least 1 of the leading Banks. They will have their own network/following and be able to bring in new business. The firm will also be able to furnish and provide the candidate with work. The ideal candidate will also be very motivated and will have excellent file management skills adhering to SQM standards and be a strong ambassador and representative for the firm.
